Comfortable, well-maintained bathrooms were appreciated during our stay.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with an infuriating lack of service. I waited for over 20 minutes with no one at the front desk to assist me. The lobby smelled strongly of urine and mold, creating a horrible first impression. My room was not cleaned throughout my stay, forcing me to hunt for fresh towels and toilet paper, which only added to my frustration.

Room was clean and the beds felt great. The staff were friendly, though a bit disorganized. Great to have a mini fridge and microwave. I appreciated being able to park close to my room (safety first! ).

The bed felt like a cloud, making it hard to get up each morning. I enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff—my coffee was infused with their cheerful energy.

The elevator was out of order, making it quite challenging to navigate the second floor with our bags. Additionally, the hallway renovations left us dodging debris.

The room was nice clean and in a

convenient area, perfect for our religious convention over the weekend. However, we found the check-in process somewhat chaotic, and an improvement in communication from the staff could enhance the experience significantly.

bizarre, I arrived to find ice machines out of order, and had to walk miles just to get ice. I also faced a 20-minute wait at the front desk. A complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice to start my stay on a more positive note, but I guess they don't prioritize guests like me. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was spacious and the comfy bed made it easy to drift off after a long day. I especially loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying some time with family at the barbeque grills. The only downside was a slight delay in the breakfast service, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊

There are urgent needs for better maintenance of amenities like the ice machines and pool facilities!!! Cleanliness could improve significantly, especially with dirty carpets and lingering odors in rooms and hallways!!!

This place was an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Henderson with good value. The refrigerator in my room was empty, allowing me to store my snacks without any issues. Pro tip, check the ice machine before heading to your room to save a trip later.

The room features cozy beds, and the friendly staff made efforts to keep things tidy, despite some ongoing renovations that made the lobby a bit awkward. A microwave and fridge were included for convenience. Hot water for the shower took a long time to warm up, though.

the ramada had spacious rooms and great water pressure in the shower. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. i especially enjoyed the hot breakfast, with delicious waffles that made mornings feel special.

would recommend more attention to cleaning in common areas.
